Canada Post mail service resumed on December 17, 2024. However, we anticipate mail delivery will be slower than normal due to increased volume. As a result, mail deliveries to and from Motive may be delayed. This includes paper bank statements, new or replacement debit cards, and other notices. Banking statements
Did you know you can access your electronic account statement using Motive online banking? Even if you signed up to receive a paper statement, your monthly statement is also available to you online. To access your statement, simply download from the e-statement option or through the account activity. If you typically get a statement in the mail, please be aware you may experience a delay receiving it due to the service disruption. For uninterrupted access, be sure to view your statements online.
Debit card issuance
If you are expecting a new or replacement debit card in the mail, it may be delayed may be delayed due to the service disruption. Please contact us for more information.
