I have been banking with Motive now for over a year and have had no issues with contacting customer service by phone at any time. Never had to wait on hold, always answered immediately. I dealt with Nancy today and she was great, very helpful and honoured a GIC rate that had just decreased. The website is a bit clunky and not the easiest to navigate but no real problems there either.

I have recently opened an account with Motive Financial (Edmonton), on the recommendation of my financial advisor. The process is uncomplicated; however I did need some guidance. My sincere gratitude to Ravleen and Nancy for your knowledge, patience and kindness as you walked me through various steps. And I am mightily impressed with the company itself, having actual people answering the phone ... that is rare these days, and much appreciated. 5 Stars, Motive Financial!

Was in a bit of a bind and needed a bank draft done ASAP to be picked up in Calgary. Mary Anne helped me through the process. She stayed in contact with me during the entire time, making sure I received all the help I needed. Quick wait times on the help line as well, well done Motive!!
